• The room includes a 50 inch high definition flat screen TV to be used for projection

• There is free high speed WIFI and plenty of cat5 and electrical points

• Tea, coffee, beverages and catering for light lunches can be ordered in from the nearby coffee shop upon request

• Water Jugs and glasses are provided free of charge

• Pens are also provided free of charge

• Whiteboard, Flip chart and pens are provided for use free of charge

• A projector and laptop and keyboard can also be hired if required for a small extra charge

• Use of the photocopier and scanner can also be provided for an extra charge

• Conference phone is also available for hire for an extra charge

 

Pricing

The meeting room can be hired:

• Per hour for £25 plus vat

• Half day for £90.00 plus vat

• Full day for £175.00 plus vat
