Authorisation was granted at the beginning of 2015 by the Bar Standards Board allows barristers to provide services via a company or other similar structure, limiting tax liabilities and increasing flexibility.

Together with our partner, Elan & Co LLP can ensure that you maximise on these changes by incorporating and structuring your income and tax affairs proactively.

We will assist with all of the administration involved with the set up of our bespoke Barrister Only Entity ('BOE') format, which provides returns of approximately 82% after tax. We also deal with the onwards administration of invoicing and payments and, if required, the preparation of company accounts.
